An application has come to bring novelty to our daily sports life. The “Athlete 360” device, developed by the performance division of INSEP, aims to analyze the athlete from all angles by providing longitudinal monitoring.

After the sheathing and stretching, a new routine is being set up within our collective. We need to complete the Athlete 360 ​​app. It should be done every morning, within 30 minutes of waking up. A one-minute “Wellness” questionnaire appears. First, the athlete must indicate his bedtime and his time to get up. Then, he notes from 1 to 10 his sleep, his feelings, his level of fatigue and his motivation. In the last morning step, a skeleton appears and the athlete clicks on areas of the body if unusual pain is felt.
