The new Hyundai i20 arrives on the Italian market. Totally renewed and with decidedly heavier contents than the previous series, it can count on a more modern and engaging design, as well as on more refined and refined interiors.
Hyundai: the new i20
The highlight is the hybrid system 48V from 100 Hp, associated with the iMT six-speed manual gearbox which reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 15%. But there are two engines on the list: in addition to the new 1.0 turbo hybrid, the 1.2 four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine with 84 HP. There are also two versions, Connectline and Bose, with prices ranging from 16,950 euros for the 1.2 entry level and 22,600 for the richer Bose 1.0 hybrid.
Good standard equipment, with the large 10.25-inch central touchscreen and Hyundai Bluelink technology, which includes services that can be managed through an app that can be installed on your mobile. The i20 is also the first Hyundai model in Europe to feature an eight-speaker Bose sound system and subwoofer. The safety and driving assistance systems include adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and much more.
The launch offers are competitive. Example: the i20 Hybrid 1.0 T-GDI 100 Cv Connectline with Exterior Pack is offered with monthly installments of 149 euros and an advance of 6,100 euros in case of scrapping (if the used vehicle was registered by 31/12/2010).
With Hyundai i-Plus Gold financing (TAN 3.99% – APR 5.65%), the i20 costs 16,850 euros instead of 20,100. A discount of 3,250 euros. In addition, after four years, customers are free to choose whether to keep the car, replace it with a new Hyundai model, or return it.
